Astronomy in high school mathematics

The present work aims to present a context around the theme of astronomy and its relationship with mathematics in high school, addressing how these two disciplines can be interconnected, how they complement each other and the main benefi ts of joining both within the school environment. In order to deepen the argumentation, bibliographic research will be used with the main texts of some renowned authors in the fi eld.
