As Cores no Ambiente Laboral: Impacto nas Emoções, Saúde, Bem-Estar e Produtividade dos Trabalhadores
COLORS IN THE WORKPLACE: IMPACT ON WORKERS' EMOTIONS, HEALTH, WELL-BEING AND PRODUCTIVITY

Este estudo analisou a relação entre as cores e diversos aspectos do ambiente de trabalho, como emoções, saúde e produtividade. A revisão de artigos científicos recentes evidenciou que as cores exercem um impacto significativo sobre os trabalhadores, podendo influenciar positivamente ou negativamente seu bem-estar e desempenho. Cores quentes, como o vermelho, estimulam a energia, mas podem causar irritabilidade, enquanto cores frias, como o azul, promovem a calma e a concentração. A pesquisa também destacou a importância da combinação de cores com elementos naturais e da participação dos trabalhadores na escolha das cores do ambiente. A revisão concluiu que a escolha adequada das cores pode otimizar o ambiente de trabalho, aumentando a satisfação e a produtividade dos colaboradores. No entanto, a pesquisa identificou a necessidade de mais estudos para aprofundar a compreensão da complexidade da relação entre cores e comportamento humano no contexto laboral.
