The cultural and audiovisual market has been undergoing rapid transformations, driven by technological evolution and globalization. This article analyzes the essential competencies for successful performance in the sector, such as strategic planning, effective team management, and resilience in the face of crises. Through the analysis of practical narratives and quantitative data on the Brazilian audiovisual market, strategies and practices that connect creativity, management, and innovation are discussed. This work contributes to the debate on the role of the producer as an architect of transformative experiences, providing an in-depth view of the challenges and opportunities in the contemporary creative economy.
