Bullying is as complex as it is recurrent and has been observed more and more naturally within the work environment. There are some factors that determine whether an action can be framed as Bullying: the harasser’s intent, the duration and frequency with which episodes usually happen. This type of violence can be considered the cruelest type of terror, as it directly aff ects the psychological of the battered employee, bringing other consequences as serious as. This type of violence is considered complex, because it involves many principles, of the most diverse orders, such as attic, culture, society, politics etc. The quality of life of the worker is severely aff ected by this type of action, which leads to the elaboration of this article, which is an essay of a bibliographic nature, which intends to talk about the subject to contribute to knowledge within the legal environment.
